REVIEW ― NEXT TO ME

Ali is running scared. She's laying low and hiding. She knows he'll come. So she takes matters into her own desperate hands...

Desperation can often be mingled with manipulation. Fear can leads people on a path they would never have taken. Ali let her fear and desperation take control. Her lies spun a web that she would never leave clean of debris. Those lies cling to a man she desperately wanted help from but now desperately needs.

Sam Gleeson is a bad ass. He's got an impressive company and an even more impressive history. What he doesn't have is all the facts about his hot new neighbor. He is very interested in learning more about her. Her closed off way has him readily lightly- something no one would have accused him of before.

Something has to give...lies, deception, or her heart...

One way or another Ali will break.

I enjoyed Next to Me. A second chance at life, learning to trust, and have confidence are all things Ali has to regain. I love when a heroine takes her life by the horns even if it's in a misguided direction. Sweet, sexy Sam is my dream neighbor- just don't tell my husband!

Badass former military man who works out on the beach shirtless....yeah, I'm rethinking my suburban house that is nowhere near the beach. He is hot, alpha, and ready to settle down. He's like a drug- everyone is going want some of that. But it's his protective nature that has Ali and readers longing for more.

Tell me would you fight for him or let him walk away.

I can't wait to find out what's up with Beck. I long to see who makes Ash say more than 10 words. And I really want to know who changes play boy Grady's ways. Nolan is an enigma but I have a feeling we will learn more in Beck's book. Bring it on. I can't wait!

REVIEW ― WRONG THEN RIGHT

I really, really enjoyed the "Adonis sliding down a vibrantly colored rainbow into a magical pot of liquid sex."  I can sense your confusion, I really can but know this- you too will fall in love with Beck too.

Beckett has had a hard life. His hard head and closed off heart haven't done him any favors either. He lives his life for control but is on edge of losing it often. Only shame and fear of losing his friends has kept him from falling completely but even that isn't enough anymore.

Hope is a beautiful woman that has been stomped on in every aspect of her life. She has been let down by her parents, her relationships, and by friends. She lives her life trying to be independent. Coming from her family, it's a must. But times have gotten hard and Hope is running out of hope.

One magical night, or it would be if Prince Charming wasn't such an ass, Hope gets the reality check she needs. Now if her mind would stop straying to the fantasy...

I am so glad I got to meet Beck. The amount of foreshadowing for Ash's story doesn't go unnoticed either. These mysterious military bad asses have panties going up in flames everywhere. I lo ed this story and I look forward to getting the stories on the rest of Scorpio's crew.
